Amber, a former education reporter, has 20 years of school public relations experience, earning awards at the state and national level. She is a past president and current president-elect for the Oklahoma School PR Association. She provides training on topics such as finance campaigns, customer service, media relations and crisis communications. She also has worked in school human resources and holds certification as a teacher, principal and superintendent.
Christy has served in her OSSBA position since 2014. She developed a love of sharing the stories of Oklahoma schools during her 17-year career as an award-winning journalist and editorial writer for The Oklahoman. During that time, she mentored students at an inner-city elementary school and went on to serve as communications director for The Foundation for Oklahoma City Public Schools for three years.
Kelly has served OSSBA members since 2004. She is passionate about visual story telling — translating missions and creating engaging, compelling content to promote Oklahoma public education. She believes in using a combination of creativity, data, technology and communications. Kelly’s experience includes advertising, branding, event planning, digital and large- and small-scale print design material production.
